COVID POLICY
Postponing due to Government Restrictions related to Covid-19
All monies paid are non-refundable as per our fine print and booking forms terms. If you need to postpone your service, subject to availability of a new date, all monies will be applied to the new date without any additional charges/fee. Nk Abani Photography will do our upmost to accommodate this inconvenience to your day and will try our very best to accommodate any changes. If your wedding date falls during a government shut down, all monies can be transferred into a voucher and used for any of our NKA Photography Ltd services.
Postponing to a date that we currently have booked.
In the event of a government shut down, all monies paid are non-refundable. If you need to postpone your wedding to a date not available in our calendar, a fee will be charged to send an additional NKA photographer to cover your event. Your full package will stay as is, and will still be delivered through Nk Abani Photography Ltd.
If you would prefer not to opt for a different photographer within NKA Photography Ltd and would prefer to cancel due to this overlap, you have the option of a voucher totalling monies paid to use on other Nk Abani Photography Ltd services.
Cancelling the booking completely.
If you decided to cancel the photography booking entirely, any deposits paid will be forfeited. Refunds are only applicable 7 days after initial deposit is made.
