How long will it take to get my photos?
In peak wedding season, you should expect your photos between 4 - 6 weeks following your wedding day. Off-peak months may reduce this time frame substantially.
how many photos do i receive?
Depending on the length of your day, number of guests & planned activities such as dance routines, or wedding games, a full day coverage would yield approx 450 photos.
Are our photos edited/retouched
Our style is very natural. All of your photos will be edited, but retouching services come at an additional cost. We shoot using as much soft light as possible which helps us achieve our look without airbrushing.
Do you travel out of London?
We love to travel, and we am available throughout the UK and internationally. Travel & Accommodation may apply.
what happens if we need to re-arrange our wedding date?
At the moment, we are accommodating date changes at no additional cost, however this is subject to availability. Please review our Covid-19 policy and terms of service for more information.
Do we have to provide you with a meal?
Yes Please! All NKA team members working more than 4 hours on your wedding day will require a hot meal. This keeps us fuelled to capture your day to the best of our abilities.
Do you work with a second photographer?
Typically I will work with an assistant all day and a second photographer in the morning only to cover morning preparation. An additional photographer is available if you request it, or if your numbers exceed 300 guests it is required.
Do you have insurance?
Yes we do! We hold 2-5 million public liability which can be provided to your church or venue if required.
Can I customise a package?
Yes! of course you can. There are a number of services that can be added or subtracted from our packages. You also have the ability to build your own package from scratch. Get in touch to find out more about our prices and packages.
do you provide hourly packages?
We are able to provide hourly packages starting from a minimum of 5 hours coverage. Get in touch to find our half day wedding hourly prices.
Do you take formal photos?
We are happy to take formal photos as part of your wedding day. We offer an example list of photographs that you can adapt for your big day.
Can I print the photos myself?
You are free to print and share your photos from your online gallery or on your own, for personal use only. Please review our terms of service, to find the details on any restrictions for using the photos of your day.
